By creating an account and using Semodo Career, you agree to the following:

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You will provide accurate information when creating your account
• You will not share your account credentials with others
• You will notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

When using Semodo Career you agree to:

• Provide accurate information in forms and portfolio data
• Not attempt to disrupt or damage the service's functionality
• Not use automated tools to collect data from the service
• Respect others' intellectual property rights
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Ownership: You retain all rights to the content you create in Semodo Career. Your portfolio data, assignments, and other content belong to you.

License to us: By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

Export and deletion: You can export your data at any time (portfolio, assignments, time logs) and request deletion of your account and all associated data.

AI processing: Your content may be processed by AI features to provide enrichment and categorization. This data is not used to train AI models.

All content on this service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and program code, belongs to Semodo Solutions AB or its licensors and is protected by copyright.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivatives of the service's code or design without written permission.

We value your privacy. All handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

In summary:

• We only collect necessary data
• We never sell your data
• You can request deletion at any time
• Data is stored securely within the EU (Azure Sweden Central)

We strive to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to:

• Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect availability
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Suspend accounts that violate these terms

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:

• That the service is error-free or available without interruption
• The accuracy of AI-generated content or suggestions
• That the service will meet all your requirements

Semodo Solutions AB is not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or other consequential damages arising from use of the service.

By you: You can close your account at any time. Your data will remain available for export for 90 days before deletion.

By us: We may terminate your access if you violate these terms. We will provide notice and an opportunity to export your data unless the violation is severe.
